Omnitech Systems Inc was founded in 1994 by Gregg A Vandusseldorp Sr.

Gregg had worked in the medical device field for 20 years prior to founding Omnitech and was known throughout the Urology industry for being a man who could solve problems through the creation of innovative devices.  

The company was founded around his experience and his intellectual property and has grown into an entity of its' own over the last 20 years.

Keldon S. Pickering joined Omnitech a few years later and brought with him his industry experience in sales and Marketing. 

Gregg and Kelly are semi-retired but still consult with the new management group on new projects.

The current team at Omnitech Systems, Inc. Is led by new President Jon Barrett.

Jon started at Omnitech in 1997 and has worked in every phase of the business over the last 20 years.  

He is charged with leading a new product release every year with his growing research and development team. 

Omnitech is blessed to have many talented employees as we move into this next stage of our growth.

In fact the employees are the life-blood of the company.  With a family atmosphere, Omnitech has been fortunate to have a very small turn-over rate and has a generational aspect to human resources.  

Three generations of one family have worked at Omnitech and it is not uncommon to see mothers and daughters working together!

  Omnitech is a Turn-Key FDA Registered Medical Device Developer / Manufacturer covering the full spectrum of product development from concept to market ready. Our key products and IP currently focus on the fields of Urology, Gynecology and Electro-surgery. Our new facility and two clean rooms provide ample space for existing product lines as well as any line expansions in the foreseeable future. The key to Omnitech’s success is the ability to manage the complete project for the customer, including:

(1) Generate IP.
(2) Create Prototypes.
(3) Perform all required FDA Safety and Efficacy       performance testing.
(4) File for Regulatory Clearance.
(5) Design & build required manufacturing

     tooling,jigs & fixtures.
(6) Develop and validate the manufacturing              process.

(7) Manufacture and package finished products        in volume.
(8) Train the customer’s sales force.
(9) Can assist in marketing the products through      a distributor network.

We currently have numerous patents and patent applications providing new opportunities to major medical device companies. We have a progressive 
R & D group that generates IP internally and completes design & development projects based on the internal IP or the customer’s design in prompt fashion.
